This session supports Sonographers in strengthening their professional brand, organizing an intentional job search strategy, and building confidence in critical workplace conversations. Through applied tools and practical frameworks, attendees will refresh resumes, understand modern search systems, develop scripts for courageous conversations, and construct a realistic networking plan designed for follow-through. Ideal for early- and mid-career professionals, graduate students, and leaders considering advancement or transition. Participants should arrive with a target role or defined growth objective and will leave with a personalized action plan. (Approved for 1 SDMS CME credit, provided one is present for the entire event.)

About Our Speakers:
Diane Campanile, MJ-LEL, SHRM SCP, CCT, is an HR strategist and Educator at People-Dynamics, who has deep experience guiding professionals and organizations through change. She holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law (MJ-LEL) from Tulane University Law School, is a Senior Certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-SCP), and a Certified Corporate Trainer. Diane’s programs blend practical tools with candid coaching to help people advance with clarity and courage.
Kevin Thomas, MBA, ARM, CFM, ANFI, has held multiple leadership roles in the areas of Human Resources, operations, sales, and marketing. His diverse background has provided him with experience in building, training, and managing high-performing teams. Additionally, as a consultant, Kevin promotes sustainable solutions by balancing organizational goals and results with empathy and respect towards the people involved.
Kevin is a graduate of Goldey-Beacom College, where he earned dual MBA degrees with a focus on Human Resources Management and Marketing Management. Kevin is also DEI-certified through the University of South Florida. Kevin has been honored to speak on local, regional, and national levels to groups in a variety of industries and has served as an adjunct professor since 2018.

Important update from the SDMS:
SDMS no longer allows its CME providers to issue Partial Credit for attendance. If you join late or leave early, the SDMS will no longer permit us to award partial pro-rated credit.
Therefore, from now on, in order to receive CME credit, you must be in attendance for the ENTIRE event via your own unique Zoom link that Zoom emailed to you when you registered. Then, and only then, will USC be able to award you any credit. So, please be prompt and attentive to the time schedule.
